Marion General Hospital Oncology Nurse Navigator

Marion Health is pleased to welcome Lani Stearns, BSN, RN, OCN to her new role as Oncology Nurse Navigator. She is an Oncology Certified Registered Nurse and brings 13 years of experience in oncology.

Stearns’ role as a nurse navigator is to act as a guide, resource, advocate, educator and liaison for all newly diagnosed cancer patients and their families. She will serve as a consistent caregiver throughout the cancer journey, helping coordinate appointments and schedules while keeping patients and their family actively involved in the plan of care.

At Marion Health, we understand how difficult the cancer journey can be. The goal is to assist in navigating that journey and with the assurance that you are not alone.
