MGH Welcomes Nurse Practitioners

Marion Health is pleased to welcome Connie Elliott, FNP-C and Kellie Planck, FNP-C to its medical staff.

Connie Elliott, FNP-C earned her Master of Science in Nursing (family nurse practitioner) from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, and her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Kokomo.

She is board certified by the American Academy of Advanced Practice Nurses.

A Marion native, Elliott began her career with Marion Health in 2004. She brings 11 years of quality experience working in the Family Birthing Center at MGH.

She joins the talented practitioners and staff at Marion Health Obstetrics & Gynecology located at 1419 W. Bella Drive in Marion.

Planck earned her Master of Science in Nursing (nurse practitioner) from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion. She earned bachelor’s degrees in nursing and finance from Ball State University in Muncie.

She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She joins the talented practitioners and staff at Family Medicine Center – Gas City, located at 4781 Kay Bee Drive in Gas City.
