Stephanie Hilton-Siebert Appointed Chief Administrative Officer at MGH

Please join us in welcoming Stephanie Hilton-Siebert as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Marion Health and wishing her all success in her new career with us.

Mrs. Hilton-Siebert has been in hospital administration for 14 years, serving in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Inpatient Services.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL, in addition to a diploma degree in nursing from Missouri Baptist Medical Center School of Nursing in St. Louis, MO. She has completed post master courses at the University of Missouri/Barnes-Jewish School of Nursing for nurse practitioner certification.

She has held several roles in her professional career, including clinician, college nursing educator and administration. She has led organizations through Department of Public Health Surveys, accreditation surveys and CMS Validation Surveys. She has overseen several multi-million dollar construction projects over the past six years.

Focusing on the healthcare needs of the community will remain to be a priority by ensuring that Grant County citizens have access to quality healthcare locally. After only being on the job a short time, I find myself impressed with what has been created here and look forward to working with the medical staff and all of the employees in an effort to secure a long and viable future for Marion Health."
