Established Practice and New Nurse Practitioner Join MGH Group

On January 1, 2012, Dr. Emil Balasandiran, Dr. Shankaran Srikanth and support staff, located at the 911 Western Avenue, became part of the Marion Health employed physician group.

The Marion Health employed physician group consists of eight physician offices located throughout Marion, Gas City, Fairmount, Converse, and Swayzee.

In addition, they welcome Amy Howard, NP-C, as the newest member of their healthcare team. Mrs. Howard is an experienced Certified Critical Care Nurse and a graduate of both Indiana University and Ball State University.

The new name for the practice is Family Medicine Center - Western Ave. They will remain at their current location. However, their phone number has changed from 765.668.8744 to 765.660.7720.
