Vermilion to Lead Two Additional Departments

Ann Vermilion, MBA, FACHE, administrative director of medical staff services and community outreach, has assumed responsibility for managing two additional departments within Marion Health - Medical Staff Office and Lifeline.

With her new leadership duties, she receives a new title, listed above, which better reflects her new, expanded responsibilities. Vermilion will continue to oversee the daily operations of Marketing/Public Relations and Parish Nursing, a leadership role in which she has served well since January 2005.

Vermilion received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management and her Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.

She also recently passed the Board of Governors Exam and became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Endorsed by the nation's leading professional society for healthcare leaders, FACHE distinction represents achievement of the highest standard of professional development.

Vermilion and her family reside in Marion.
