Oncologist Scores Among Highest in Nation

Marion Health would like to congratulate Dr. Edmond A. Bendaly for recently becoming board certified in both hematology and medical oncology.

His final score on the Board Certification Exam placed him among a group which scored highest in the nation. Marion Health and our Healthcare Community are fortunate to have a physician of his caliber practicing in Grant County.

Dr. Bendaly joined the Marion Health Medical Staff in July 2009 and was already board certified in internal and palliative medicine when he first arrived at MGH.

He earned his M.D. from the American University of Beirut, and completed his internal medicine residency and palliative medicine fellowship at Indiana University. He also completed his hematology/medical oncology fellowship at New York University.

Dr. Bendaly is an oncologist at Progressive Cancer Care, located at 831 N. Theatre Dr., in Marion.
