Staff Earn Professional Certifications
The following Marion Health employees have earned professional certification within their field . . .
Rebecca Nall, RN, BSN, medical/surgical, has received CMSRN® certification
from the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN). CMSRN® certification
verifies Nall's commitment to providing patients her patients with
the highest standard of medical-surgical care available anywhere.
Nall, an Indiana Wesleyan University graduate, resides in Sweetser with her husband, Robb and son, Ethan. She is also a member of the Marion Health Diabetes Resource Team and Wound Skin Team. Nall has worked at MGH for five years.
Melody Ybarra, Coder II, quality improvement, is now a Certified Coding
Specialist through the American Health Information Management Association
(AHIMA). Earning an AHIMA credential puts Ybarra in a special league,
positioning her as a leader and role model within the health information
management community.
Ybarra and her husband, Chris, have one daughter, Cheyanne. The family resides in Converse. Ybarra graduated from Indiana Business College with an Associate Degree in Medical Records Technology.
