COVID-19 Vaccine Information
- Marion Health no longer has a vaccine clinic, but you can find a vaccination location by visiting ourshot.in.gov and click on “find a vaccination site”.
- Or, call 2-1-1 to register and schedule an appointment by phone through the Indiana Department of Health.
- Grant County Health Department Vaccine Clinic: enter the health department through the main lobby via the 4th Street entrance or through the south parking lot at 401 S. Adams Street, in Marion.
- A photo ID, proof of age, or verification of current employment as a healthcare worker or first responder in Indiana will be required.
Your Marion Health care providers are ready and willing to assist in any way to help guide and direct you to make the right decisions for your health. If you’re showing symptoms of COVID-19, please follow the testing instructions below. If it’s after hours, you can call the MGH Emergency Care Department at 765-660-6900 to answer any questions you may have regarding COVID-19. We are here for you!

When to Seek Emergency Medical Attention
Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
- Trouble breathing
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion
- Inability to wake or stay awake
- Bluish lips or face

Call 911 or call ahead to your local emergency facility: Notify the operator that you are seeking care for someone who has or may have COVID-19.
